André Audet
Chairman of the Board and director
Mr. Audet is president and CEO of Everton Resources Inc. and is Chairman of the board of Majescor Resources Inc. and Adventure Gold Inc. He is also a director of Metco Resources Inc. and Exploration Pediment Inc. Mr. Audet holds a bachelor in administration from Ottawa University (1983). He is a certified portfolio manager and has over 20 years of experience in financing public companies.
David Grondin
President, Chief Executive Officer and director
Mr. Grondin is an independent consultant in administration and corporate finance since 2000. He graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 2002. From 1997 until 2000, he was a financial analyst with CTI Capital Inc.
Jean Rainville
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rainville is a consultant in management, administration and finance for mining companies. He holds a bachelor in engineering, mining and metallurgy and a bachelor in Commerce from McGill University. He has 30 years of experience both in Canada and at the international level in project valuation, administration and financing of public companies.
Marc Carbonneau
Director
Mr. Carbonneau is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Brigil Construction, the largest home builder in Quebec. From 2004 to 2008, he was the CFO of Everton Resources Inc. and Majescor Resources Inc. He holds a bachelor in administration from the Ottawa University (1982) and is a chartered accountant since 1986. Marc Carbonneau has advised both small and large businesses including Public Service Alliance of Canada, where he acted as administrator for the pension fund and the insurance trust and was treasurer of the collective insurance fund from 1999 to 2004.
Christian Perrier
Director
Mr. Perrier is president of PCI Inc. He graduated with a Bachelor in aeronautical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 1995 and with an MBA from HEC in Montreal in 2002. He is a member of l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec since 1995. Mr. Perrier has been active in the fields of automation and industrial computers since that time. Mr. Perrier has been project manager in numerous countries (US, South Africa, Korea, France and Mexico). He is the founder and has been president of PCI inc. since 2001.
Pierre Folco
Director
Mr. Folco has been portfolio manager with the Société de Développement de la Baie-James (SDBJ) since November 2006. He holds a bachelor in geography (1982) and a bachelor in geology (1984) from Université du Quebec in Montreal. He has worked for SOQUEM as a project manager from 1992 to 2002 and then district manager in Chibougamau from 2003 to 2006.
Mark Watters
Director
Mr. Watters was appointed as an Assistant Auditor General in November 2006. Mr. Watters is responsible for the audits of a portfolio of departments and agencies that include Health Canada, Statistics Canada, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Canadian Dairy Commission, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Via Rail Canada and National Film Board of Canada. In 1989, he became the Assistant Comptroller of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC), and in 1996, became Director of the Finance and Administration Branch of the PSAC. In 1999, Mr. Watters became Secretary-Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Canada Council for the Arts. In January 2006, Mr. Watters began a six-month assignment as Interim CEO of the Council. He holds Bachelor of Administration and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Ottawa. He is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and l’Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.
Daniel Bernard
Vice-president – exploration
Mr. Bernard is vice-president exploration of the Company since March 2008. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in geological engineering, a Master’s degree in structural geology and a Master degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.). Until recently, Mr. Bernard was the member of the Quebec National Assembly for Rouyn-Noranda/Temiscamingue. Mr. Bernard has a vast engineering and geological background. Prior to being a member of parliament he has a vast engineering and geological background including positions with Inco Ltd, Roche Groupe Conseil ltée, Inmet Mining Corporation, Soquem Inc. and Barrick Gold Corporation. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Bernard has served as Executive Director of the Quebec Mineral Exploration Association (previously named APQ). Mr. Bernard was active on numerous local committees and boards, including Chairman of the Working Group on Development of the Rouyn-Noranda Mineral Sector and the Advisory Committee on Ministry of Natural Resources Quebec Strategic Planning. He also has been a director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).
