Exploration NQ inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: NQE) is a mining exploration company created in the fall of 2007.

NQ Exploration Inc.’s main assets consist of a portfolio of 15 mining properties in the James Bay area, including 10 acquired from Everton Resources Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: EVR) and five from the Societe de developpement de la Baie-James (SDBJ).

The company has a highly-qualified, highly- motivated management and exploration team working hard to enhance the value of its properties by conducting targeted work on the most promising mineralized showings and structures.

Partnership with local communities and industry leaders will be at the heart of our business and growth strategy.

NQ Exploration Inc. is aiming to rapidly establish itself as a significant player on the Quebec and Canadian mining scene by mobilizing the financial and human resources required to acquire, explore, develop and, if warranted, put into production mining properties with gold, uranium and base metal potential, for the benefit of its shareholders and other stakeholders.

André Audet
Chairman of the Board and director

Mr. Audet is president and CEO of Everton Resources Inc. and is Chairman of the board of Majescor Resources Inc. and Adventure Gold Inc.  He is also a director of Metco Resources Inc. and Exploration Pediment Inc.  Mr. Audet holds a bachelor in administration from Ottawa University (1983).  He is a certified portfolio manager and has over 20 years of experience in financing public companies.


David Grondin
President, Chief Executive Officer and director

Mr. Grondin is an independent consultant in administration and corporate finance since 2000.  He graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 2002.  From 1997 until 2000, he was a financial analyst with CTI Capital Inc.


Jean Rainville
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rainville is a consultant in management, administration and finance for mining companies. He holds a bachelor in engineering, mining and metallurgy and a bachelor in Commerce from McGill University.  He has 30 years of experience both in Canada and at the international level in project valuation, administration and financing of public companies. 


Alexander Banks
Director

Mr. Banks is the head trader at CFT Financials, a proprietary trading firm.  He is a candidate for CFA (certified financial analyst) certification in June 2011, and has a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University).


Christian Perrier
Director

Mr. Perrier is president of PCI Inc.  He graduated with a Bachelor in aeronautical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 1995 and with an MBA from HEC in Montreal in 2002.  He is a member of l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec since 1995.   Mr. Perrier has been active in the fields of automation and industrial computers since that time.  Mr. Perrier has been project manager in numerous countries (US, South Africa, Korea, France and Mexico).  He is the founder and has been president of PCI inc. since 2001.


Pierre Folco
Director

Mr. Folco is the portfolio manager with the Société de Développement de la Baie-James (SDBJ) since November 2006.  He holds a bachelor in geography (1982) and a bachelor in geology (1984) from Université du Quebec in Montreal.  He has worked for SOQUEM as a project manager from 1992 to 2002 and then district manager in Chibougamau from 2003 to 2006.


Alain Champoux
Director

Mr. Champoux is the President of BJC Capital Inc., a consulting firm that provides business management, financing and disposition services. He is also presently the Executive Vice President and a shareholder of Energere Inc., a company specialized in energy savings.  He is a member of Quebec Bar (1995) and has an MBA degree (1997). 


Jacquelin Gauthier
Director

Mr. Gauthier has broad experience in mining exploration and geology, having worked as Exploration Manager for majors such as Kinross Gold Corp., Bema Gold Corp., Cambior Inc. and Noranda Exploration Inc. Mr. Gauthier earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science (geological engineering) in 1975. After two years of graduate studies, he began his career with SEREM Québec, a subsidiary of French company BRGM, then moved to Morrisson Minerals and Groupe Minier Sullivan. He was also the president of Azimuth Exploration Inc. and worked as a consultant for Geosciences J. Gauthier Enr. and Services Géoscientifiques Kiwatin Inc.  Over the course of his career, with three different teams, he has been directly responsible for three discoveries that proved to be economic. From 1986 to 2000, Mr. Gauthier participated in three advisory boards for the Quebec and federal Departments of Natural Resources, as well as a number of geoscience forums and committees. He was also the director and vice president of the Quebec Prospectors Association and the Association of Professional Geologists and Geophysicists of Quebec.
